1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or contacting Ecozak, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Ecozak supplies biodegradable and compostable carry bags — including paper bags, bio carry bags, and bio bag rolls — to restaurants, retailers, and businesses across India.

3. Orders & Pricing

All orders are confirmed only after we acknowledge them in writing via WhatsApp or email. Prices are provided on enquiry and may vary based on quantity, customization, and delivery location. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Orders are processed only after payment is received unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in advance.

5. Delivery

We deliver pan-India. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to location, order size, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

6. Samples

Free or paid samples are available on request. Sample orders do not guarantee the same pricing as bulk orders.

7. Custom Printing

Custom printed bags are made to your specifications. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. Please review all artwork and details carefully before confirming.

8. Returns & Replacements

We take quality seriously. If you receive damaged or incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at our discretion.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, cancellations are not accepted for custom or bulk orders.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ecozak is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, and branding — belongs to Ecozak. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [your city], India
